S:

The article ´´Understanding Composing´´ is mostly about the steps that writers take to make a good composition.  Sondra Perl says that most of the writers reread what they are writing some of them reread after few sentences, ithers after few paragraphs and others after each phrase.  Then the writer uses key words in case they got stuck in something with the key words is easier to get going again.
Perl talks about the felt sense that is an internal criterion that the writers use to guide themselves when they are revising or planning their work. She says that writers have to learn to use the felt sense because is like the inner voice or how they inspire themselves. Also felt sense helps about creativity and releases from repetitive patterns. Perl also says that when the writer succeed at that process they end up with a good work that teaches us something. Also she comments that the ability to craft what someone intends tos ay is called projective structuring.
The autor of this article analyses the steps to be a good writter, helps us to understand how writers compose and that sometimes it is hard for them too and we have steps we can follow to be a great writer.

Q:  1. The author describes reclusiveness as '' a forward-moving action that exists by virtue of a backward-moving action.  To what do writers move back?  What  is being repeated?  Name some recursive elements.
R:  Writers move back to analyze what they have written. Some of them move back to analyze every phrase they write, others keep writing and writing a whole page and then move back just to check and others move back every paragraph in order to make their composition a good work, it all depends in the kind of writer or how comfortable they feel moving back. The pattern is  what repeats the most in the article. Also the recursive elements are: Rereading, most of the writers use rereading in their compositions to check a little bit of discourse, frame of shape of words, vocabulary, argument; that way the will not have grammatic or sentence structure mistakes.  Another recursive element is key wording of the topic, most of the time key wording helps writers to focus again once they lost track of what they were writing about, that is why key wording is very important they it will help to ‘get going again…’ as the article said.  The last but not least element of recursiveness is not easy to document because is not that fast to document, it involves feelings called ‘felt sense’ this is when the author express his or her emotions on paper, it also involves experiences of their own, observations or memories. Felt sense help writers with creativity and releases them from repetitive patterns.

  2. I like how you cover all the points from the question, your answer is very explicit but when you mention... the patterns is what repeats the most in the article, what are the patterns that you are refering to?... recursive elements?
